Overview
InVision Space Manager provides an integrated reporting pipeline, which makes it easy to quickly access reports from multiple places in the application. The following section outlines a number of ways that you can access reports in InVision Space Manager. For information on which custom reports may be available check with your InVision Administrator.
Reporting on All Records
To run a report for All records, simple select the type of Entity you want to report on from the left hand panel, and launch the Reports dialog from the Action Menu. Since the data has not been filtered at all, you will see all data for that Entity represented in the report output. Do note that you can also run certain reports with "All" in the title which will do the same thing.

Filtered Reports
In order to focus on answering specific questions, many users will need to apply Filters to their data before running reports. In Search & Filter View, users can apply multiple filters to the Entity of their choice, which will provide a subset of data to be fed to the available reports. An example of this might be filtering Space by choosing an Organization, and then only reporting on Spaces currently assigned to that Department.

Single Entity Reports
As a user you often need to run a quick report for a single record, such as running an Occupancy report for a single Building. To do this in InVision Space Manager select the record you want to report on in Details View, and select Reports from the Action Menu. For all reports that don't have "ALL" in the title, this will only feed the current record into the report.

Reporting from Selections
For certain types of reporting, there is a need to provide very specific information down to the space level. Once you create a Space Selection, you can feed this collection of Space records to reports as well by selecting the overflow menu in selections sub-panel and launching the Reports dialog.
