The Details View for a record may also contain Related Information, which shows you records, links, or attachments which are related to your record. InVision often ties together information from many places, and as such there is a need to provide simple ways to access content, both internal and external, for users viewing a record.
Related records are contained in the Related panel next to the Action Menu. Depending on the configuration, you may see multiple related entities, attachments, and links all displayed in this area. If there is more than one related entity, the panel will display a Related label which you can expand to see all the related entities.
Each related item has a count badge next to it, which will show you how many related records there are of that type. If you don't see a count badge, that means there are not any related records for that item. To see the related records, simply click on the item, and choose a related record to drill down into.
